Your clients keep asking about ERP. Send them to us.

You already advise Saudi businesses that need ERP, ZATCA Phase 2 compliance, or a system that finally joins up. You introduce them, we deliver, you earn commission on what closes. No delivery obligation, no reselling, no reason to learn our stack.

Who this works for.

Advisors who sit in front of Saudi businesses at exactly the moment those businesses realise their systems can't keep up.

Accounting & audit firms

You see every client's books, so you know which ones are running on spreadsheets and which ones aren't confident about ZATCA Phase 2. That's a system problem you can hand off instead of absorbing.

Business & management consultants

Your recommendations regularly end with "and you'll need the system to support this." We're the implementation half of that sentence.

Law firms & corporate service providers

Company formation, restructuring, and compliance work puts you in front of businesses standing up operations from scratch — the cheapest possible moment to get systems right.

Agencies without an ERP practice

Marketing, design, and IT support firms whose clients ask for ERP or custom systems. Refer it rather than declining it or subcontracting something you can't quality-check.

Exactly what each side does.

Deliberately narrow. A referral partnership that quietly becomes unpaid sales work isn't one.

You

  • Make the introduction, by email or a call
  • Tell us honestly what the client's situation is
  • Stay in the loop if you want to, or step back entirely

Zaawia

  • Runs discovery, scoping, proposal, and commercials
  • Delivers the work and owns the outcome
  • Keeps you informed at each stage, and tells you promptly when something isn't a fit
  • Pays commission on closed business, per the terms agreed with you

How it works.

Apply

Tell us about your firm and the clients you work with. We reply within two business days either way.

A 30-minute call

We agree what kind of introductions actually make sense, and settle commission terms in writing before anything is referred.

Refer, and get paid

You introduce. We take it from there. Commission is paid on collected revenue from business that closes.

An operating business with a real website and real clients — not a company registered last month to broker introductions.

Someone senior who owns the relationship, so introductions come with context rather than a forwarded email address.

Advisory work that genuinely sits next to ours. We'd rather have five partners who refer well than fifty who never refer at all.

Apply to become a referral partner.

Seven business days to a reply, either way. If it's not a fit we'll say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.

About Your Firm

Software vendors and channel partners: we're not running an open reseller programme right now. If you're a technology vendor looking for a Saudi implementation partner, email partners@zaawia.com with the specifics and we'll come back to you.

Before you ask, you might wonder…

Commission is a percentage of the closed engagement value, paid on collected revenue rather than on signature — so we're both paid when the client actually pays. The exact rate is agreed with each partner in writing before any referral is made, because it varies with the type of work and how involved you stay. We'll give you a number on the first call, not after you've referred someone.

Fair question, and the honest answer is that it's handled in the agreement, not by trust alone. We scope what we're engaged for. If the client later asks us about something in your area, we point them back to you — and we're happy to put that in writing before you refer anyone.

No. If you can recognise a client running on spreadsheets, struggling with ZATCA compliance, or re-entering the same data into three systems, that's enough. We'll handle the technical conversation — and we'll tell you quickly if it isn't a fit rather than dragging it out.

One introduction is all it takes to find out.

Apply above, or book a call and ask us anything first — including the commission number.
