Build — E-Commerce Platform Development

A storefront that talks to your inventory, not around it.

Bilingual e-commerce built to sync directly with your stock, accounting, and ZATCA e-invoicing — not a storefront bolted on top of systems it can't actually see.

Most storefronts are a second system pretending to be one.

Stock counts that don't match, orders re-entered by hand into your accounting, invoices that aren't ZATCA-compliant because the platform was never built for Saudi requirements — a bolted-on storefront costs you in staff time every single day. We build e-commerce that's actually connected to how your business runs.

01
Inventory synced, not duplicated. Stock levels update in real time against the same system your warehouse and accounting already use.
02
ZATCA-compliant from checkout. Every order generates a proper e-invoice, built by a team that already handles Phase 2 e-invoicing for clients daily.
03
Saudi payment methods, not just Visa/Mastercard. Mada, Apple Pay, and STC Pay supported at checkout, not treated as an afterthought integration.
New Storefronts
Built from a locked catalog.

Full storefront design and build for brands launching online for the first time.

Platform Migration
Off Shopify, done right.

Migrating an existing store to Odoo without losing order history, SEO rankings, or customer accounts.

ERP-Connected Retail
One system, not three.

Storefront, inventory, and accounting running on the same Odoo instance — no manual reconciliation.

Every build is scoped on its own — here's how we plan it, regardless of size.

A five-product storefront and a multi-warehouse catalog don't ship on the same timeline — we won't pretend otherwise. The phases below apply either way; timeline gets scoped once catalog size and integrations are defined.

Phase 01

Scoping & Catalog

Product catalog structure, payment methods, and inventory/accounting integration requirements agreed upfront.

Phase 02

Build & Integration

Storefront built with inventory sync, payment gateway, and ZATCA invoicing wired in — not added after the fact.

Phase 03

Checkout & Load Testing

Payment flows, tax calculation, and checkout tested under real order volume before launch, not after a failed sale.

Phase 04

Launch & Handover

Go-live support, staff training on the order dashboard, and a support plan for peak-season traffic.

What's actually in the build.

A storefront connected to the rest of your business — not a standalone site your team has to update twice.

  • Bilingual storefront (Arabic/English)
  • Product catalog & real-time inventory sync
  • Payment gateway integration (mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay)
  • ZATCA Phase 2 compliant checkout invoicing
  • Shipping & fulfillment integration
  • Order management dashboard
  • Mobile-responsive checkout flow
  • Post-launch support & peak-traffic monitoring
Built On, Not Bolted Onto

The same payment rails and compliance stack we run daily.

This isn't a first-time integration for us — these are the systems already running Zaawia's own client accounts.

Before you ask, you might wonder…

Do we need to already use Odoo for our business?+

No — the storefront can run standalone, or connected to Odoo if you're already using it (or want to move to it) for inventory and accounting. We'll recommend based on what actually reduces your manual work.

Can you migrate our existing Shopify or WooCommerce store?+

Yes — product catalog, order history, and customer accounts are migrated as part of the project, with redirects set up so existing SEO rankings and links aren't lost in the switch.

What payment methods are supported?+

Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and standard card payments as standard, with buy-now-pay-later options like Tabby or Tamara available as an add-on integration.

Is ZATCA e-invoicing actually included, or a separate cost?+

Included as standard in the checkout build — every order generates a Phase 2 compliant e-invoice automatically, not as a bolt-on module priced separately.

How long does an e-commerce build take?+

Depends heavily on catalog size and integration count — a straightforward single-warehouse store is a different scope than a multi-location catalog with custom fulfillment logic. Timeline is confirmed after the scoping phase.
