Market — Digital Market Execution

The plan is done. Someone still has to run it, every week.

Ongoing management of your paid media, campaigns, and channel execution — the hands running the go-to-market plan day to day, not a one-time setup left to drift after launch.

A strategy document doesn't spend a budget. A person does, every day.

Campaigns need daily attention — bids adjusted, underperforming ads paused, budget shifted toward what's actually converting. Most in-house teams don't have the bandwidth to do this well alongside everything else on their plate, so campaigns launch strong and quietly coast on autopilot within a month.

01
Managed, not just launched. Campaigns are checked and adjusted weekly, not set up once and left to run themselves.
02
Budget follows performance. Spend shifts toward what's converting within the week, not at the next quarterly review.
03
Tied to the plan, not improvised. Execution follows the sequence from your go-to-market plan, so weekly decisions aren't made in a vacuum.
Paid Media
Bought and managed.

Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns set up, monitored, and optimized on an ongoing basis.

Campaign Coordination
Every channel, one calendar.

Launches, promotions, and content timed across channels instead of firing independently.

Testing & Optimization
Always one test running.

Ad creative, targeting, and landing pages tested continuously, not reviewed once a quarter.

How it actually works — this is an ongoing service, not a one-off project.

One onboarding phase, then a weekly execution rhythm that continues for as long as the retainer runs.

A plain-language performance review and a working session on what changes next month, not just a numbers dump.

Before you ask, you might wonder…

It helps but isn't required — this service can run against an existing marketing direction. It's strongest when paired with our Go-To-Market Design service, since execution then follows a plan instead of improvising channel priority.

Marketing Automation builds the workflows and systems once. Digital Market Execution is the ongoing human management of paid campaigns and channel activity week to week — the two work well together but are separate scopes.

No — Social Media Management covers organic social content specifically. This service is broader and centers on paid media and cross-channel campaign execution, of which social is one channel.

A three-month minimum is standard — paid media needs a few weeks of real data before optimization decisions mean anything, so shorter engagements don't give the channels a fair chance to prove out.

You do — campaigns run under your own ad accounts with us as a manager, not an agency-owned account you'd lose access to if the engagement ends.
