Build — Payment Gateway Integration

Get paid without a support ticket for every failed transaction.

Payment integration for any application — mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and BNPL wired into your existing site or software, with ZATCA-compliant invoicing and webhook reconciliation that actually works.

Not just an e-commerce problem — any app that charges money needs this done right.

SaaS subscriptions, booking deposits, marketplace payouts, invoicing tools — anything that moves money needs a payment layer that's secure, compliant, and doesn't silently drop transactions. This is a standalone integration, not something that only makes sense with a full storefront.

01
Webhooks that actually reconcile. Failed and delayed payments handled correctly, not silently dropped because a webhook wasn't retried.
02
ZATCA-compliant by default. Every successful payment generates a proper e-invoice — built by a team already handling Phase 2 compliance for other clients.
03
Security isn't an afterthought. PCI-DSS compliant flows and 3D Secure configured correctly from the first integration, not patched in after an audit flags it.
One-Time Payments
Checkout, done once.

Card, wallet, and local payment method integration for single-transaction checkout flows.

Subscriptions
Recurring, without the drift.

Recurring billing, plan changes, and failed-payment retry logic for SaaS and membership models.

Marketplace Payouts
Splitting payments correctly.

Multi-party payment flows for platforms paying out to vendors, sellers, or service providers.

Typically two to four weeks, depending on payment methods and flows.

A single gateway with one-time checkout is a smaller scope than multi-method subscriptions with retry logic — the range below covers most engagements.

Week 1

Scoping & Gateway Selection

Payment methods, currencies, and gateway providers confirmed based on your customer base and existing systems.

Week 2

Integration

Checkout flow, webhook handling, and invoice generation built and wired into your existing application.

Week 3

Security & Compliance Testing

PCI-DSS compliance, 3D Secure, and failure-case testing — declined cards, timeouts, retries — before go-live.

Week 4

Go-Live & Reconciliation

Live transactions monitored through the first reconciliation cycle to confirm everything settles correctly.

What's actually in the integration.

A payment layer that's actually monitored and reconciled, not just "connected and hoped for the best."

  • Gateway integration (mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, cards)
  • BNPL integration (Tabby / Tamara)
  • Subscription & recurring billing setup
  • Webhook handling & reconciliation
  • PCI-DSS compliant checkout flow
  • ZATCA-compliant invoice generation
  • 3D Secure & fraud protection setup
  • Post-launch transaction monitoring

Before you ask, you might wonder…

Do we need a full e-commerce build to use this service?+

No — this is a standalone integration for any existing site or application. If you're building a full storefront from scratch, our E-Commerce Platform service includes payment integration as part of a larger build.

Which payment gateways do you support?+

mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and standard cards as standard, with HyperPay, Moyasar, and BNPL options like Tabby and Tamara available depending on your provider preference and business model.

Is PCI-DSS compliance handled for us?+

The integration is built to a PCI-DSS compliant flow — typically by never having your systems directly handle raw card data, using the gateway's hosted fields instead. Full compliance certification remains your organization's responsibility, but the technical setup supports it correctly.

Can this support subscription or recurring billing?+

Yes — recurring billing, plan upgrades/downgrades, and failed-payment retry logic are all part of the subscription integration option.

What happens if a transaction fails or a webhook is missed?+

Webhook handling includes retry logic and failure alerts, so missed or delayed events are caught and reconciled rather than silently lost — this is checked specifically during the security and compliance testing phase.
