Design — Product & App Design

From blank screen to a product people actually open twice.

End-to-end design for a new digital product — strategy, UX, UI, and a launch-ready design system, built as one continuous process instead of stitched-together freelance pieces.

Most first products fail from unclear scope, not bad screens.

Founders often hire a UI designer before anyone has decided what the product actually needs to do first. We start with product strategy — what's core, what's cut for v1 — so the design work that follows is building the right thing, not just building it well.

01
Scoped before it's designed. A clear v1 feature list, agreed with you, before a single screen is drawn — so nothing gets designed twice.
02
One team, one system. Research, UX, and UI come from the same process — not a UX freelancer's flows handed to a separate UI designer to interpret.
03
Handed off build-ready. A structured design system your developers — ours or yours — can implement without guessing at spacing or states.
MVP Design
Ship the core, first.

A lean first version scoped to prove the idea, not every feature on your wishlist.

Full Product Design
The whole system.

Complete product design across every core flow, ready for a larger build.

Design System
Built to scale.

Reusable components so new features stay consistent as the product grows.

Six weeks from concept to a build-ready product.

Longer than a single-service engagement, because a full product touches more ground — every stage still ends with something you review.

01 · Weeks 1–2

Discovery & Scoping

Product strategy, competitor audit, and a locked v1 feature list — the single most important document in the project.

02 · Week 3

UX Architecture

Information architecture and wireframes for every core flow, structured before visual design begins.

03 · Weeks 4–5

UI & Design System

Full visual design applied across all screens, built as a reusable component system, not one-off pages.

04 · Week 6

Prototype & Handover

A clickable, tested prototype plus structured developer handoff files, ready to move straight into build.

What's actually in the handover.

A build-ready product, not a pitch-deck mockup — everything below ships as standard.

  • Product strategy & v1 feature scope
  • User research & competitor audit
  • Full UX flows for every core screen
  • Complete UI design system
  • Interactive, clickable prototype
  • App Store / Play Store asset design
  • RTL / Arabic layout verification
  • Developer handoff specs (Figma)

Before you ask, you might wonder…

How is this different from UI/UX Design?+

Our UI/UX service can be scoped narrowly — redesigning one flow, or research for an existing product. Product/App Design is the full end-to-end engagement for building a new product from scratch, including strategy and feature scoping before any screens are designed.

Do we need a fully scoped idea before starting?+

No — the first two weeks are exactly for turning a rough idea into a locked v1 feature list. Coming in with a clear idea and an open mind about scope is more useful than a finished spec.

Can you also build the product?+

Yes — our Build practice can take the handed-off design straight into development, or we can hand structured files to your existing engineering team.

What if we only need an MVP, not a full product?+

That's common and encouraged — scoping down to a lean, provable v1 is part of the discovery stage. Full timeline and cost adjust down with a smaller v1 scope.

How long does a product design engagement take?+

Typically six weeks end-to-end for a standard MVP scope, across discovery and scoping, UX architecture, UI and design system, and prototype and handover. Larger products are scoped individually.

Turn the idea into a product you can actually build.

Free 30-minute discovery call. We'll help you scope down to a v1 worth shipping, not everything at once.
