Build — Staff Augmentation

Embedded talent, not another agency to manage.

Developers and designers who work directly inside your team and tools — scaled up or down as the workload changes, billed under the same Time & Materials framework as everything else we do.

Sometimes the gap isn't a project. It's a person.

Not every need justifies a full agency engagement — sometimes you just need a capable developer or designer working directly with your existing team for a defined stretch of time, using your tools, in your standups, without the overhead of a full project scope and handoff.

01
Integrated into your team, not ours. They join your Slack, your standups, your tools — working as an extension of your team, not a separate outside unit.
02
Scale up or down with real notice, not a contract trap. Add capacity for a crunch, scale back when it passes — no long lock-in to justify.
03
Time & Materials, the same framework we use everywhere. Transparent billing you control, not a black-box retainer.
Development Capacity
A developer, embedded.

Backend, frontend, or full-stack capacity added directly to your existing engineering team.

Design Capacity
A designer, on demand.

UI/UX or brand design support for teams that need the skill without a full-time hire.

Flexible Terms
Part-time or full-time.

Engagement scoped to your actual need — a few days a week or a dedicated full-time seat.

How it actually works — this is an ongoing arrangement, not a fixed project.

One scoping conversation, then a working relationship that continues for as long as you need the capacity.

The Same Terms We Use Everywhere

Not a special arrangement — our standard way of working.

Time & Materials billing and flexible scope apply across every engagement we run, staff augmentation included.

Time & Materials Flexible Engagement Direct Team Integration Scale Up or Down

Before you ask, you might wonder…

A normal engagement is scoped around a defined deliverable — a website, an ERP module, a rebrand. Staff Augmentation is capacity, not a deliverable — a person working inside your team and processes, directed by you day to day.

Yes — talent matching includes an introduction and fit check before any commitment is finalized. This isn't a blind placement.

A minimum term applies so the arrangement is worth the onboarding investment on both sides — discussed and agreed during the scoping conversation based on your actual need.

Regular check-ins exist specifically to catch this early — if fit isn't right, we'd rather have that honest conversation and adjust than let a bad match continue on either side.

Developers (backend, frontend, full-stack), UI/UX designers, and project coordination roles are most common — scoped to your specific gap during the needs assessment.
