Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting a growing or multi-project organization
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI/Qiwa compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable advising management, not just executing tasks
  • Discretion and sound judgment handling confidential employee matters

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Exposure to Saudization (Nitaqat) planning and workforce reporting
  • Familiarity with HRIS/Odoo HR modules
  • Experience supporting recruitment for technical or client-facing roles
  • CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification

What's great about the job?

  • Direct line to leadership — your input shapes real decisions, not filtered through layers of bureaucracy
  • Exposure across the full business: recruitment, culture, compliance, and people strategy for a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy
  • Work alongside a team delivering real ERP, branding, and digital projects for clients across Saudi Arabia — you'll understand the business you're supporting, not just administer policy
  • Room to build HR processes from the ground up rather than maintain someone else's system
