Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting a growing or multi-project organization
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI/Qiwa compliance
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable advising management, not just executing tasks
- Discretion and sound judgment handling confidential employee matters
Nice to have
- Experience in IT, consulting, or professional services environments
- Exposure to Saudization (Nitaqat) planning and workforce reporting
- Familiarity with HRIS/Odoo HR modules
- Experience supporting recruitment for technical or client-facing roles
